RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY
All orders* can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after you have received your order. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you can reach out to our customer care through our contact form www.atelierhinode.com/contact or send an email to shop@atelierhinode.com.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the piece is returned to Atelier Hinode unworn, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached.

*We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price.
*We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

While the returned package is in transit it is under your responsibility. Please bear in mind that return expenses will not be refunded. 

REFUND
All refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.

EXCHANGE
We exchange goods bought online within 14 days of receipt, please contact us at shop@atelierhinode.com to start the process of exchanging your order. 

FAULTY ITEMS
If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immidiately after receiving your order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only – minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email shop@atelierhinode.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Name the order was placed with
  • Email address the order was placed with
  • A photograph illustrating the damage or defect
